Hi my name is Richard Stone and I’m a freelance Graphic Designer living in Bournemouth. I have over 20 years experience in design and advertising. I have worked with a diverse range of clients from Prince Charles to Greenpeace.

Being a freelance designer I don’t have the overheads of a design agency, meaning I can charge a lot less. I’m also not tied down to the usual 9-5 office hours. So if you need something done urgently over night or at the weekend, I’m able to help.

Bad design is bad for your business. If you have a website which hasn’t withstood the test of time, is looking dated or is unresponsive (doesn’t work on all devices or adjust to different screens) but think ‘at least I have web presence’, think again! You’re probably doing more harm than good. This is something that I can easily rectify. The same applies for branding and print. Design is all about communication. I like to get to know you, understand your business and help you communicate, in the right way, with your target audience.

A bit about me. When I’m not designing I spend time with my two boys, hopefully in the great outdoors (weather permitting!). I enjoy keeping fit with yoga, the gym and cycling. If I had the time I would go fishing and do more travelling, that that’ll come again. I’ve climbed Kilimanjaro and done Peru’s Inca trail whilst traveling to many parts of the world. Now I just love the flexibility of working from home and spending more time with the children than a 9 to 5 Monday to Friday job allowed me.
